ESF Purchases New Drager Self Contained Breathing Apparatus

In 2022, Eugene Springfield Fire did a complete replacement of all SCBAs. After extensive testing and evaluation by department members, the Drager PSS 7000 was purchased.

Newly Acquired Engine Deployed at Station 14

In 2022, Eugene Springfield Fire purchased a Pierce engine. This new apparatus was deployed at Station #14.

Logistics Team Shortens Turnout Turnaround Time

ESF's Logistics team can respond to incidents and provide supply and air bottle support, launder turnouts and return them quickly, and provide on-site equipment delivery and maintenance.

LUCAS Devices Acquired Through Assistance to Firefighters Grant

ESF purchased 24 LUCAS devices through funds received from the Assistance to Firefighters Grant. They will be deployed in early 2023.
