Public Improvement Design Standards 2016
The Public Improvement Design Standards Manual provides design standards for public improvements of the City of Eugene, regardless of whether the public improvements are engineered and constructed publicly or privately. This manual replaces the 2011 Procedures for Privately Engineered Projects.
The Manual is designed to provide the design engineer all of the information needed to design and document a public improvement project for the City of Eugene. Section 4 provides the Private Engineering and Construction Process for privately engineered public improvements (PEPI).
